Perfect day to run. I think I am off on the distance measure because I felt faster than the Pace. Or maybe I just felt frisky today! A couple little twinges in my left heel area and it feels tight and knotty so I am trying to self massage. I wish the massage therapist had not canceled on me last week! :(
