Ran down and across the Ohio River to Kentucky (Newport) and basically ran around for time until 40 minutes passed, then went into the air conditioned Barnes & Noble to browse and cool off before walking back across the bridge to Cincinnati. I felt sluggish and fatigued - still in recovery mode for sure.
