I slept in and it was already very warm and humid so I swapped my long run to tomorrow. Enjoyed the shade and lots of wildlife in the park on the way to and from the stables, where I doused my hot skin with cool water before heading back. I was sluggish due to weird hydration/fueling yesterday but still ran happy.
