Meant to be a 6 x 800 workout but the footing was just slippery enough to not cooperate. The first felt great and holding back at 3:29. The second I kept slipping along and got scared, same with the third, so I just ran easy for another 20 min and called it a day. I will figure out how to adjust and get some quality in yet this week. I cannot wait to run 800s on dry land and feel powerful and I will do it next chance I get!!
