Free weight/ball exercises: Then Squat-Curl-Press, Lunge, Squat, Push Up, Ball Chest Press, Bent-over Row, Plank One-Arm Row, Arm Curl, Ball Triceps Press, Rear Flye, Overhead Press. Core: Ball crunch, Planks, Ball Back Extensions, Bridges with Leg lifts, Frog Crunch, Marching.
