3 mile warm-up, 8 X 400 at most recent 5K pace (7:00) with 2 min recoveries, .5 mile cool-down. I felt unstable and scared running that fast on the treadmill, like any little mis-step would have my flying off it! Maybe because of how unnerving it was, I did not notice the intensity of the workout!
