Ran to Shaker High School where I did a few more easy laps then 10 x 200 at 5K effort feel with 200 walk/jog recoveries. 2+ miles easy back home. It was fun to watch the marching band begin their practice as I finished up the intervals.
200s were :54, :56, :54, :54, :53, :53, :53, :53,:52,:49. Not sharp at all, but it's a start.
