Notes

Easy warm up and cool-down with 5 miles at Tempo pace in the middle. I did 4 x 10 minute intervals with 2 minute recoveries. Felt smooth and relaxed throughout; very glad for a successful workout since usually tempo runs are more like mental battles for me!
