I did two 8.6 mile loops that included the big Hwy. 17 overpass and then added on ~3 more miles on the path after that. As my pace shows I took it extremely easy and tonight it does not even feel like I ran today. Maybe I took it too easy! But the last two weeks' hilly long runs were much harder than this.
