Deer Lick Cave Trail, I am back!! Watch-free, carefree run so estimating pace - let myself take a few hike breaks and stopped on the steps by Deer Lick Cave to do some step-ups. So glad this is going to be my backyard again so I get some climbing fitness back. Peaceful and beautiful in the park!
