Notes
This run actually took me 11 1/2 hours to complete! Headed out before work but waved the white flag to unclear icy sidewalks, slippery streets and too many crazed drivers in the first 15 minutes. After work I dragged myself to the treadmill. Not motivated tonight but I did it. I also did my push-ups and core workout this morning.
