Notes

2 sets each of: Step Up w/Curl-Press, Push-Ups, Kettebell Lunge, Cable Triceps Press, Assisted Pull-Up, Ball Squat with Dumbbells, Incline Biceps, Overhead Press, Shoulder Shrug, Leg Extension Machine, Leg Curl Machine. I did as much supersetting as I could to save time.
