Oh boy I have some rebuilding to do. I ran by feel mile by mile and ended up with 4 at marathon pace in the run. Not at the end, though! Miles 10-12 I was pretty tired and my feet felt heavy. I felt good at the end again. The hills were fun and I practiced good technique on them.
I can tell I have done nothing but easy running for the past 7 weeks. It is time to get back to work!
