Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 July 2009 (GTS 9's7/20/09)
5 X 1200: 5:16, 5:18, 5:16, 5:19, 5:14. 3 mile warm-up, 600 y recoveries, 20 min easy cool-down. I was so relieved this workout was successful compared to last week! I beat my goal time of 5:20 on each interval.
