Started easy (9:30ish) and at the second mile out Josh and Will caught me. I stuck with them until the turnaround (6.8) and we did about an 8-8:15 pace. It felt challenging but not so much that I still couldn't talk. My pace on the way back was a more relaxed 9-9:20 again. I added on the "teardrop" loop to make 14 miles. Great run!!!!!! This is more the way I like to do my long runs.
