I pretty much got my ass handed to me by Noel, who was on fire. I had to keep asking her to ease up a little. I think it was more fatigue and slight dehdration from not being as careful as usual about those things this week. Normally I would enjoy pushing the pace a bit.
Around mile 7 my right inner leg/shin was achy and tired feeling. This happened on a run in Fargo too, but hasn't since. But after we stopped for a water break, that went away.
