Headed for the hills of Brecksville today with a little Towpath to add miles. Even didn't wimp out at the end and ran every step of Pine Hill Road back up to Sagamore. Took the pace a little easier today not just due to the climbing but also to not aggravate my left calf and foot, but felt smoother and like I ran with better form overall. I saw a bluebird under the Rt. 82 bridge area of the Towpath, first time I've seen one in that spot.
