Well all the way along the run I kept wondering when my legs would loosen and they never really did. It must be Saturday's run. My shins feel generally tight and a touch achy, both equally which I also attribute to Saturday. Still it was an enjoyable run and nice to be outside in such comfortable weather on a pretty day!
