Notes
I was a bit hesitant to try this workout as I have some mild lateral shin achiness/fatiuge, I'm sure from the Fort Story run. But I warmed up and felt good, so started the workout. It was OK. I do not love the location with some traffic, but that is my closest option. :( Also I don't know that it's steep enough. I think the distance of the hill is good as it took around 1:35-1:40 to ascend running hard. If I keep going there I can work on bringing down the time.
I feel pretty out of shape! But I know it will come back.
My lower legs (esp. right) are nerve pain achy again post-running, mainly when I sit with my feet lowered or drive. My guess is some mild tendinitis. I've gone back to regular Advil and daily icing to calm it down again. I have never had shin issues so this out of the blue is weird!
