Notes

I am fighting off a head and throat bug so kept it easy. The incentive for this distance is having only 10 miles tomorrow to hit the week's mileage goal. Did push-ups and core after running and noticed much less discomfort in my lower ab/adductors after a week of rest from the exercises.
