Notes

Combined a semi-long run and small interval workout this morning. Ran to and around Shaker High track to make a 30 min warm-up. Then 4 x 200, 4 x 400, 4 x 200. I have lost so much fitness but at least I can work on regaining it! Finished with 45 more minutes around Shaker to home on depleted legs.

Interval splits were :57, :55, :55, :53, 1:49, 1:49, 1:51, 1:47, :51, :52, :52, 50.
