2-3 sets of 12-20 each, depending on exercise: push-ups, fitball chest press, fitball ab curl, kettlebell lunge, assisted pull-ups, Smith machine squats, incline dumbbell biceps, overhead shoulder press, shoulder shrug, fitball triceps press, back extension. My energy was low, but I did my best.
