Carriage Trail//Towpath/"Teepee" Trail then home via Bike & Hike and Greenwood Village. I mixed in plenty of hiking on the way up to the bike path - by that point was out of the considerable mental energy I require on single-track with icy spots to focus on my footing. Lloyd was kind and kept me company. We did a yoga warm-up together and some core and stretching after.
