Anusara class to start the monthly study group weekend. At times it felt a little slow but I was able to stretch and open my hamstrings more than any time recently and that was great. We also worked on forearm balance (fun!!), deepening wheel. I had cleaned off my mat with a spray cleaner that made it slippery so practiced with a blanket over the mat - I need a yogitoes! The class theme was focused on 2nd and 6th chakras as well as using kidney loop (Anusara term).
