Gradually brought easy pace from 10:00 to 9:00 and did 5 X 30-40 second I pace pick-ups with 1 min recoveries for the last mile just so my legs remember they have some fast-twitch fibers. This seems to be a great time to work out at LTF, between the early birds and stay-at-home moms. Not crowded, easy to get parking and locker room space.
