Notes

Step Ups with Curl/Press supersetted with Push-Ups, Kettlebell Lunges, Assisted Pull-Ups, Cable Triceps Press, Front Shoulder Raise, Incline Biceps. Two sets of each except push-ups (3 sets). I wanted to do squats but was starving and also do not want sore legs for this week's workout.
