7 loops on the Pondside Trail with 11 other people crazy enough to be out running long today. Lots of fun with the slugs. I was tempted to try for a 50K PR but by the last two loops it was really hot, so I stopped at the planned distance. The time includes lots of breaks to chat and nibble at the aid area.
