8 X 1 minute hill using the 1/4 mile steep paved Carriage Loop side trail hill that I can never run all the way up w/o walking. It was a much harder hill workout this week! Next time I want to wear a heart-rate monitor for this. 2 miles each warm-up and cool-down before and after the repeats. I have a cold and felt it a bit, but not too bad.
