Lovely afternoon walk. Both dogs did their business within half a block from home, making me struggle with the one baggy i had. Ole, my 85 year old neighbor noticed, and yelled waving a newspaper bag at me. "It's from the Sunday paper." he said. Having my hands full with a double poop bag and two squirmy dogs who were responding to Ole's springer's barking, I had him stuff it in my fanny pack, as a spare. Aske how he was feeling, having just been released from hospital with a heart scare. "Better," he said, and when I wished him a speedy recovery, he said "I hope so, too." The dogs got their releas along the tracks. All is good.
