Good workout. Did first lap easy as a warmup, then three laps hard in hills recovering downhill. Focused on transitions, even within some of the hills, switching from V1 to V2, etc. Short peep at a beautiful early morning sky some reds and pinks. Planned to take a picture during the next lap but it was gone ...
