EU MYR: 6 x 5:00 Hill Bounding L4. Had not thought I had a solid L4 workout in me after the long ride yesterday. But it worked out OK. 15:00 warm-up followed by 6 laps climbing two hills. The three last intervals were faster with the last one being the fastest, and also the hardest. Feels good to be able to get faster as you are getting more tired! Temps dropped from 6 °C to around 0 °C. There was frost on my windbreaker when I picked it up and the sweat on my hat was frozen, too.
