Notes

After a warm-up we did 5 x 3:00 relays, meaning about 1:30 wor and 1:30 rest. Then two laps with two hills, also speedy. Then a nice, long cool-down including some no-poles at the end. Last session before the Birkie! Seem like we are all well prepared! By the way, this is no mistake, the temps were above freezing. The snow was surprisingly good. Just a little break from the action. colder weather later this week.
