Plyo stepping over cones x 5
Plyo stepping transition to bounding x 5
10 x 2:00 at L4/RP, back down for recovery. Very hard!
Cool down jog and walk
New partner, Mike my age, to push me. Good to have someone breathing down your neck when you want to give up.
