EU MYR: Hill Bounding and Specific Strength. We are at it again. Fun to see everyone and a few new faces. Did a variety of repeats, starting with balance, moving to 4 decent hill repeats and finishing with a 10-15 minute strength workout. A lot of chatting going on, too.
