Sisu MYR:10 x 3:00 Hill Bounding L4/RP, Section 1/2.
Tuesday night intensity group at its best: 10 x hill repeats at race pace. Joined Jim, Andy, Jeff and Mike. First two were up the hill near the Rec Center, then it got too dark and we moved to the lit ski trails.
Training is paying off, this seemed easier than the 10 x 2:00 at RP on September 30, though that one was on a steeper section of the park.
