Notes

First EU workout of the new season! Karl picked me up at 6:00. Good turnout, I'd say almost 20 athletes. 15' warm-up followed by bounding technique review and some ski walking. Then 5 x 3' L3 bounding intervals. Good workout and fun to see everyone from last year as well as a few new faces!
