Knee still giving me some trouble but the running and bounding worked well enough. Started with warm-up jog, then 8 x the A climb plus the shorter steep climb, which takes me between 2:41 and 2:45 minutes. Did not want to run downhill with my knee so I did not bound the full 3:00. Cool-down walk, catching up with Per. Glad to get into a dry tee and fleece after being done.
Good workout, ran with Andy and John. Everyone is excited for snow, now that it's finally getting colder.
