Last segment of 2 and one half marathons, back to back. or 10 and one half 10k's
1st 10K 1:33 began at 3 am still very dark, clear sky. Ran most of the down slopes.
2nd 10k 1:27 Started getting daylight became cloudy Ran most of the down slopes.
3rd 10K 1:30 Light rain, everything OK Still ran some of the down slopes.
4th 10K 1:40 Still light rain. Doug and Juliet walked and ran about 2 laps with me. very little jogging.
Complete first marathon 6:33:01
5th 10k 1:33 Fox 17 and Ch 5 showed up, stopped for interviews. Still light rain very little jogging, feet blistering.
6th 10k 2:05 Ch 5 still taping. Heidi walking with me. Ch 5 helicopter hung over us.
7th 10k 2:12 Friends starting to show up. Lots of diversion.
8th 10k 2:00 Crowd following me.
Complete 2nd consecuative marathon 9:18:01
9th 10K 2:07
10th 10K 2:01 getting dark again Finished the 10ks at 9:08 PM
last 3 miles 43 min Completed the last half-marathon.
