Hot race. Didn't eat enough before the race. Ate a bowl of almond nut cereal at 3:30 am, and intended to eat a bagel before the race, but I forgot. Only ate a banana. Started to struggle around 4 miles. Tammura gave me some sports beans about mile 7 and that really helped me finish better than I would have. Felt really bad after the race, but recovered after eating a little post race food.
