Notes

Banana 3 hours before and bagel with peanut butter 2 hours before. Gel right before and then three during the race. Lots of Powerade. Nearly every stop was either Powerade or water with a gel. Great race. Went out with 4:15 pace group--conservative strategy that paid off. Near perfect conditions weather-wise.
