the plan was 10 miles. achilles not bad although I did stop to massage and stretch twice. Also purposefully walked any inclines. this is not garmin recorded because, well, it helps to hit start!!!!! duh. Anyway, hit 6ish miles when I was looping back past the house and just decided to finish up. Could have done a few more cardio wise and I think the ankle would have managed but the house just looked too inviting. '=)
