*100 step ups on high bench (each leg)

*3 sets wall sits - (2 minutes each set)

*3 sets of dead lift w/ 45 lb bar to squat to overhead press (15 each set)

*3 sets slides - 10 out and back/10 out, back, pushup/10 out circle and back

*3 sets reverse push ups (10 each set)

*3 sets tricep jumps (10 each set)

*3 sets burbee w/ 12 lb medicine ball - pass to partner w/ large tire flip (10 each set)
