3 almost full 12.x km laps and one smaller 6.8 km lap at 20.6, 21.2, 21.4, 21.3 km/h. Ice pretty good but being later in the day, usually quite chewed up. Winds maybe 15-20 km/h. Not going full aero except sometimes into strong headwinds. Plan was maybe 2 hours at 20 km/h. Took a while to get up to 20 km/h average and then soon after the average just happened to settle into another round number 21.1 km/h so tried to hold that which took some effort towards the end.
