Gym and Pool

Notes

Walk: Easy. Max speed incline around 3.6/12% but mostly lower.

Run: Definitely plenty. Max speed 7.0. Once stopped, leg made it known it didn't want that, but then calmed down.

A few weights.

Swim: Minimal kick. Included some 100-400 at pace.
