Humidex 35 but some wind and cloud cover so wasn't a problem at this distance and pace, though quite sweaty and warm feeling. Started fairly easy but needed to chase a shirtless guy who was looking much too fancy. This resulted in a 4:30 km. Fortunately he picked up the pace sufficiently that I conceded, so I then slowed to a more reasonable pace. On the way out the red winged blackbird dive bombed my head again (feel the claws) just like yesterday. Surely he isn't doing that to everyone that passes. I wondered if the yellow on the ear pieces of my glasses might be bothering him?
