Notes

Run: 7.7 or lower with 2nd last mile at 8.0 and 4 accel to 9.4 and 1 to 11.1. Tried to get more of dynamic balance without clenched stabilizing muscles like I usually get outside but didn't get very close.

Weights: Lower body and pullups.

Swim: Mostly with pull buoy.
