Elliptical: Because the TM's were all in use
Run: 6x400. Different gym. Treadmills (""True"") feel noticeably different from what I'm used to (""Life Fitness""). 1 mi warmup. First 4 intervals at 16.6 km/h (3:37/km, 1:26.7/400m) were an abomination. Included a more manageable 800 at 10K pace here. Last 2 intervals at 17 km/h (3:32/km, 1:24.7/400m) were harder but seemed better.
