Planned 3x3200 @4:23-4:30, got 3200+1500 at 4:22 with additional easy and 6 min walking due to not surprising digestion discomfort. Ran by a blue heron standing on a beach in the Canal 5m away. Cold drizzle eventually had the hands cold but tights probably weren't necessary.
