Treadmill

Notes

75 minute run on treadmill. This time I saw a bit of an improvement for the first 30 minutes. With a 1 degree incline, I started the treadmill off slower at 5.1 mph. I only slowed it down to 5 mph once hr stayed consistenly above 152. I did take about 30 minute for my hr to reach 145. So some aerobic fitness is returning however after that it started to over 150. At about 45 minutes and beyond it started to go into the high 150s and reached as high as 161. The run felt good though. My hips feel ok. I continued with an ab workout after.
