Did 2 x 12 crunches on an incline.
2 x 12 back extensions on machine set 1 at 50lbs (to easy), set 2 at 70lbs (much tougher).
2x12 each side of abdominal rotations on machine Set 1 at 70lbs (very tough) Set 2 at 50lbs (reasonably easy).
